garet or mittisibishi 900

i have an 91 volvo 940 turbo wich my turbo is shoot,its a mittisbishi turbo.and all i can find around here is garets turbo can i take parts from a garet and put in a mitts.i found a real nice garet that was just rebuilt and balenced.never put back on the car i can get it for 50 bucks.
