First, your yr group has the notorious engine wiring harness rot. Hall sensor is inside the distro, plastic plug at the base. Also, fuel pump relay may be overheating. All this stuff is covered in the FAQs. When it happens again, does the tach move when cranking? If so, hall sensor should be good. I would try jumping the fuel pump relay next time it won't start, if it starts. You can resolder the relay. All covered in the FAQs.
