!@#$%^*&()*&^%$# TORX Bolts

OK I KNOW this is a VOLVO site ... but somehow there isn't a CHEVY CAPRICE site .... and I DO own a VOLVO .... so I had to replace the SMOG PUMP on my 91 CAPRICE CLASSIC.... which is held in place by 2 T40 TORX bolts .... I dug into my tool box and came up with the proper size TORX socket... which immediately twisted ... so went and bought a GOOD one .... which immediately stripped out BOTH heads... Needless to say, the air turned blue ...... So HOW do I get the darned things out so I can replace the seized pump ?? Anyone got any ideas short of cutting the heads off with my cutting torch ?? Appreciate any insight you might have ...

Brett
