Finally, a use for Stromberg carbs! (follow up) 140-160

All right, I know some have had good luck with the Strombergs, but I haven't.

Anyway, this is a follow up to something I posted a few weeks ago.

I scored a pair of SU HIF carbs for my '70. Cleaned them up, but was looking for advice on soldering up the holes in the butterflies and received suggestions - thanks.
What I ended up doing was swapping the butterflies from a pair of Stromberg 175s into the HIFs instead. They have been on the car for about two weeks and I haven't noticed a problem yet.

And I was going to toss them in the trash. GO STROMBERG (sort of)!
