I'd first try vise grips on the outside, (don't know if there is room);

Then a screw extractor on the inside, (can you get a drill in there?);

Hacksaw / Sawzall the heads off, (sounding better);

Burn them off, (gotta love a cutting torch).

Was staying in Young's Cove (Anapolis County) last month, couldn't remember who it was in NS that was on the Brickboard. Oh nuts, knew there was someone up there to share that Keith's with! Maybe next year.
