740 Turbo problem 700

I own a 1990 model 740 Turbo. I've owned it about 4 months and its ran fine for that time frame, but then a few weeks ago it went dead while my wife was driving it to work. No sputtering, no coughing, no jerking, just dead. Wouldn't restart either so she and my oldest son pushed it off the road. We brought it home via a tow truck. The engine turns over but won't start. Ext Fuel pump / filter were replaced. Interior fuel pump/filter were replaced. Fuel relay was replaced. Fuses were checked and replaced, yet it still won't fire up...? Help!
