I am really baffled.

The ignition fires when it won't start, confirmed by watching a timing light.

I did pull the fuel pump relay, replaced with another used one that had no crack in the circuit board. Interesting that the one that I replaced had had the cracked board soldered. The used one that I put in may be bad too.

Next time I have time to play with it, I will bypass the relay and see if it will start.
