Wheel studs stripped, what to do now??? 200 1990

I was changing rims, putting on my Virgos with better tires, this afternoon and discovered two of the standard lug nuts were very difficult to loosen. All of the other three rims were no problems. Anyway, like an idiot I decided to take one of the difficult nuts off anyway. Well, I got it loose and to the end of the stud, but it won't come off. I can see that the stud is stripped and will need replacing. I left the other difficult one alone. What to do? Can your average tire shop air wrench it off and put a new stud or two in and I'll be on my way, or is it worse than that? Thanks for your professional advice in advance!
