washer pump not working? 700 1990

hi there, there is a tee looking thing (check valve actually) up near the squirters that can get plugged. the squirters also can get plugged. you can remove the pump take apart and free up the inners with oil. maybe the fuse is burnt? if possible go to junkyard and practice on a pump removal. or buy one online and install yourself not that hard.
