TURBO EXHAUST LEAK 700

I have a 92 745 turbo with an exhaust leak where the turbo housing bolts to the manifold, and also where it bolts to the head pipe. It looks like the gaskets just gave up. In a perfect world, one would just tighten up the bolts and this problem would go away. I bet I won't be so lucky. What is the best way to repair this problem? Taking it apart and installing new gaskets would be the fix I would think. How tough a job is this? I don't have the equiptment to deal with a snaped off stud stuck in something. Advice appreciated.
