Air conditioning help..... 200

so my 88 wagon is new to me. Love the car but the AC does not work. I can't really complain as the car only has 130K on it, there's not a spec of rust on her and only cost me $1100. Runs like a champ but it's kind of hot there days. The compressor kicks on but no cold air.

I'm sure it's R12, or I should say was, probably all eating our atmosphere now.

Just wondering if you guys have some tips to start my AC project. How much of a PITA is it to switch over to R134? Any idea of someone who sells a kit to convert? Thanks.

Marc
