brakes gas pedals - and brake lines, mc, steering rack, just to name a few .

I don't think so.

Why don't you drive the car like they do in St Thomas? They drive left hand drive cars on the left side of the road.

Also, you might want to ask yourself why the car is ging so cheap. I would get it inspected by a qualified mechanic.
