Idle issues after cleaning T-body 200

Friends,

I cleaned the Throttle body with an approved cleaner, and to make a long story short, with the throttle adjustment screw backed off all the way, and with the link from the cable pulley disconnected...And with the screws backed off on the Throttle Position Switch, I can't get the car to idle below 1200 RPM as read from the Tach and a Dwell meter. I can engage and disengage the TPS,(since the screws are loose)... engaged its 1200 and disengaged like 1700. Also must also say that the car has never idled below 1200 since I've owned her. 87 245 just turned 270K.
