I put a steel case Celica box in my 142 about 15 years ago & never looked back. They are getting harder to find these days, but are still easier to find than M41's & easier to get parts for.

My coversion used a modified Volvo bellhousing, but Dellow makes an excellent bellhousing these days. They also make a OHC to W55 Supra box bellhousing & they might even make a B20 to Supra box too.
