1800 Rear Brake - Pressure Reducer 1800 1973

I'm having trouble bleeding the left rear caliper on a 73 1800 - the right side side and both front calipers bleed ok. There is pressure on the input side of the 'pressure reducer' for the left rear but no pressure on the output side.
What are my options?

Rebuild these 'pressure reducers'?

Find new ones (no luck so far)?

Eliminate these reducers- is this possible somehow with a proportioning valve or something?

thanks!
