Wagon reverse lens and other related questions 200 1989

A few days ago I was looking at my taillight lens and noticed that the driver-side reverse lens was just about to fall off! So I gently pried it off, cleaned it and used some crazy glue to put it back on. I intend to get some new reverse lens from FCP, so this repair with crazy glue is just a temporary fix. My question is what is the correct and best glue to use for sticking the reverse lens back on?

I've been meaning to paint my rear orange (blinker) lenses red with Testors Transparent Candy Apple Red #1605. Can I remove these lenses the same way I can with the reverse lenses? I think there used to be a post about painting the taillights red with details and instructions, but I cannot find it. I did, however, find a post about someone painting their 940 taillights with Testors hobby paint.
