New suspension question... Sachs Advantage or Tokico HP? Best 15' tires? 700 1989

I am looking to replace my shocks and struts and also install IPD anti-sway bars.
For about $225 the shock choices are Tokico HP and Sachs Advantage.
I have read that the KYB GR2's have quality control issues...

Can anyone suggest the difference between these and which they prefer?

I plan on keeping the stock 15" wheels and using 60 series tires that are good in the rain and have the stiffest sidewalls available in that size.

I hate the way the stock car wallows and want to firm it up and use a high profile wider series tire with stiff sidewalls to help the ride over smaller bumps. 205/60/15 or close.

Could not find much in FAQ's..

Thanks,

Maui
