headliner 700

Hi Norm,

I used the old headliner board for a template after the sunroof flooded the wagon with 3" of rain!

Get a piece of 1/8" masonite (4"x8" brown board) and cut it with a sabre saw. I trimmed with an improvised tile nibbler. The only problem is the raised area behind the sunroof pan. I've got it in and fitted well, just haven't had the time to cover it yet.

I had to use JB weld to glue the plastic rear panels back together, but they are in and holding so far.

I'll send a few pictures by email since it is going to be a few weeks before the project is finished. THe Climate Control put it back for a bit. Thank God that is over with!

Regards,
