which B18 engine? 120-130

I have a delivery person to drive my son's car back to him and we are trying to tune the $)*# thing.

How do I tell which B18 engine I have in this '68 wagon? Obviously a replacement? The engine has 18 on the rear, driver's side of the block, and 4968 some forward of that.

Now, how do we time the fool thing? There are three marks on the flywheel. One at top dead center. Anyone care to venture a guess as to what the others tell me? Anything else I should know? We have heard several guesses as to where we should be from 10 to 21 degs. before dead ctr.
