Fuse #6 Keeps on Blowing... literally 200

So here's the deal... My fuel system is in great shape after a great deal of work including replacement of literally every part except fuel injectors...

That said, The TB is clean as is the IAC valve, yet I'm going through 16A main fuel pump fuses like I go through underwear... (not that often, but let's not discuss too much...)

Anyhoooo, whaddya thinkin? Maybe relay getting too hot? A short somewhere? Luckily, I bought IPDs fuse kit, which is superbly helpful!

Any input would be awesome!
