Installing '85 B230 into '92 200

Hi all,
Acquired a B230/AW70 from an 85 240, as a spare for my 92 240. I have 3 questions:
1. Should the day come when I need to swap in the spare engine, I suppose I will need to change the fuel injection and other EFI components on it, because 85 came with LH2.2 and my 92 has LH2.4. Would someone know offhand what those substitutions would be?
2. I'd like to assess the health of the donor engine. I'm looking at cam lobes as indicator of wear because they are readily accessible. Any other areas I should have a look at? Also, what would you recommend doing to the spare engine to get it ready for swap in the future (replace seals, gaskets, etc.)?
3. Finally, how to best store the spare engine (with or without engine oil in it, coolant, etc.)?
THanks a lot for your advice.
