Brake fluid squirting out! 700

So, the brake pedal on my 1986 740 has a very spongy feel and goes to the floor more or less quickly. Brake force is practically nonexistent. After bleeding the fluid squirts nicely from all 6 nipples. Looks like no air trapped.
I suspect the master cylinder. And is it normal when someone pushes on the brake pedal I can see the fluid in the container squirt up like a small fountain?
Please help, I would like to fix this ASAP as I need the car everyday.
