gas line length, width 700

So did you fix it ?
I have the same problem. I cut the line a little and tried putting the banjo connector back on (I think that is what it is called, the bolt with a hole for feeding fuel) but it is way too tight. the fuel line got kinked , so I cut off a short piece again. Now it is a little too short and I still can't get the connector back on. Can I just buy the fuel line from Discount Auto (I think the hoses are much thicker and more flexible than the stiff volvo lines) or I should I use what volvo uses?
Thanks
