Plastic bag sucked into HVAC system. Where is it now? 900

1993 960. A grocery bag got sucked up from the passenger footwell while on AC and recirc. It was heard briefly in the fan but now all is quiet. The fan runs OK and no mode of airflow seems especially obstructed. Can a voltage drop fan speed resistor set this on fire? Where did it end up? How to get it out? Or can it be left in place? Tried to blow it out with reverse airflow from the cowl intake (not on recirc)(backpack blower), got some loose junk and foam but no bag. What comes first, the heater core or the evap?

I wasn't driving!
