Problem found! 200

Well.... not quite fixed. After removing the housing from the relay - everything looked good and I figured the wires just fried from being hot all the time. I asked hubby to fix the connector and wires yesterday while I was at work. SO, he spends all day running around looking for a relay (I could have told him he wasn't going to find one!) and did not even look at the connector or wires. Inspection appointment cancelled & lesson learned - don't leave your husband to fix your Volvo! :)
