My B21A is a stallin' at idle, Carb problem? 200 1984

Need some help. My '84 with a B21A and Zenith carb(canadian car), 148K Km, has recently began stalling when I release the gas and idle. RPM's gradually drop until it dies. It acts as if I have a vacuum leak but I cannot detect one. I have done the propane test with no change to RPM. Brake booster valve has been checked. Points, plugs, rotor, and cap are new. I have had no trouble with this car all summer. Could this be a carb problem?
Any suggestions are appreciated.
