If it looks good and the tires have some life left, the price is reasonable.

I bought a '90 a couple of years ago with 225k. By the time I added the new suspension bushings it needed and a fresh set of Michelins, I had $3k in it.

Yours is apparently overdue for it's next timing belt, and it is due for a new radiator if it has the original. I would do both those things before I took it on a long trip or let my wife drive it.

I don't know if '93s have the problem with the insulation on the wire to the crank position sensor, but if they do, I would add that to the "before the wife uses it" list.
