Hey Gary,
Remember my cold missing/stalling problem with the wife’s 93' 240?
Your suggestion regarding a dead or slow O2 sensor was dead on!
It only got up to 4 ohms hot.
I installed a new O2 sensor which reads 14 ohms hot and the car runs fine.

My Thanks to you and everyone else that contributed much good advise.
