Torque Arm bushing or U Joints? 200

I was under my 88 245 last night because I ordered new U joints and a center bearing and support. I wanted to see how many U joints I needed. The dealership in Markham told me 2 and I obviously had three. Anyways while I had the car up I decided to check the u joints and the driveshaft. With the car in neutral I rotated the shaft back and forth and found that the Diff sways up and down alot. I then looked at the torque arm bushings and to my suprise there isn't much left of them.

I've been hav a nasty hesitation when pulling away from places after driving a while. Not all the time though. When it finaly goes it goes with a clunk from the rear.

Could the bushings be the culprit after spending 65 bucks Canadian each U joint.
Should I buy and install the third one anyway. I don't even thing they are worn.
I know the center bearing support has calapsed though.

Thanks in advance Chris
