The 1992 and 1993 240's also have the Eaton lockers. On your older bricks with the cable speedo's this would be a really easy swap. On fartgas's 1986 the speedo pickup sensor is different than the ones on the Eaton.(difference between abs and non abs) Might be possible to change the speedo guage in the instrument cluster but I'm not sure if this works.
