240 sport exhaust 200 1992

My rear muffler is hanging on by one last piece of rust, so I thought it's a good time to replace before Virginia inspection next month. I'm looking at the IPD TME sport exhaust that claims to give 6-9 HP increase. Has anyone ever installed this in place of their stock muffler? How difficult is it to install, would I be able to myself with common tools?
