Is the Volvo Penta AQ131 the same as the B230 engine 700 1985

My boat motor is dead, it looks exactly like my cars motor b230 i know where to find the motors what i nedd to know is can i use a b230 i my boat and will it fit the volvo outdrive. it seems like it might and im sure someone here knows.
