what is wrong with my FRONT PASS-SIDE window? 200 1989

Check the harness coming out of the driver side door in the rubber flex tube, it might be damaged.

If I recall correctly, you could also swap a switch from one of the rear windows with the pass front on the "master" panel... they are all the same. These switches are made with silver plated contacts that do oxidize, so it is possible to "temporarily" fix them by cycling the switch a few zillion times.

Good luck
