Tricky 2-3-2 OBD Code

I 've got a 1990 240 non-turbo with 187k, recently the check engine light has been coming on until I do some work on the car then re-set it.This has been going on for 2 weeks. OBD sez 2-3-2 , indicating rich or lean mixture at idle....the hardest code to remedy!

1. 2 weeks ago, I cleaned the throttle body and accordian air tube(has oil residue in it) . Cleaned the flame trap and holder and various hoses that attach to. Everything is clean and clear.
2. I recently replaced the oxygen sensor because the voltage wasn't varying much even at full temp., now the new O2 sensor voltage varies considerbly.

3. replaced the air filter and cleaned air box.

4. Last year , I replaced that black box in which the flame trap runs into.

5. cleaned all the fuel injection grounds and body grounds.

6. Occasionaly I run Techron F.I. cleaner in tank

7. I'm tapped out of ideas.....Duck
