Injector wiring 700

I pulled the connectors off the injectors and checked each side. On three of them BOTH side are grounded, on one only one side is.

Should both be grounded when the engine is off? Chasing an occasional miss and poor acceleration. Yet getting 28mpg and starts and idles great.
