Dome Light 'Relay' Location? 200 1989

Hopefully someone knows where this is on my '89 245.

I found a kinda large blue relay on the right side of steering column with lots of pins - is that it?

I know, it's not a pure relay, it also has a timer function built in. I'm taking liberties with the term; we also call the flasher and the intermittent wiper controllers relays and they aren't true pure relays either.

Anyway, where is it?
