Excessive (high) idle speed................. 200 1991

Just purchased another 240. Beautiful 244, first 244 we've ever owned, all our others have been 245's. Really low mileage also, just 111,000 miles.
Anyway, I've gone through the car (new plugs, ignition wires & dist. cap, all new light bulbs, new belts and hoses, new vacuum lines, new intake hoses, etc., etc.
Problem:
When I bought the car, she was running rich so I replaced the TPS (had a full throttle fault), IAC was stuck closed so I replaced the IAC, replaced flame trap, cleaned the throttle body and also replaced the Air Mass Meter ( which I suspected was the original "rich running" problem ). I was correct, the rich condition is now solved. Now my idle is up around 1400 rpm? What to do? Idle is set according to Berkley manual (well, all the TB linkage is correctly adjusted, anyway).
Help, please.
