Well, the window fuse was good but the adjacent turn signal fuse was blown. I replaced it and now both work. it's not supposed to be that way I believe...
anyone have any explanation?
The chilton's I have has a different fuse chart so that wasn't any help. I forgot that there's a fuse map on the bottom of the ashtay holder and that was accurate.
