I'll will post updates as I go for sure....

At idle, mine isn't perfect... I should have thought to mention that. I starts quicker than any of my other Volvos ever did and idles just a bit higher than I think it should. If it sits more than a few minutes idling with the AC on, the vents close & open (hence my original thought that it was a vaccuum issue), it starts to get rougher and the "Check Engine" light eventually comes on. Without the AC running, the car mostly idles fine other than my thinking its a little high

I've got most of the FAQ printed and in a ring binder... some good stuff there! I'm still trying to digest it all. I've been without a Volvo a couple years now and need to get myself back up to speed 8-)
