How does compression change? 700

Exactly right Z. One of the most exact ways of measuring compression involves filling the cylinder and the head combustion chamber with liquid at both TDC and BDC (seperatly, not assembled) and dividing the 2 amounts required to fill them by each other. This will give you your exact mechanical compression ratio. I run 89 also in my 760 turbo and have no complaints.
