no start 740 700 1992

Start with the timing belt to ensure all marks are lined up. When at TDC pull the dizzy cap and see if the rotor is pointed at #1.
You did not say what engine but I am assuming it is not the cam mounted dizzy. Is it possible that the firing order changed from 89 to 92? Ford was good at that to "smooth" out the engine.
