I know it can be done but there are a lot of things to consider, not the least
is the slant engine needs to be turned upright and you may need a new oil pump
and/or pan, mounts and probably a custom bellhousing unless you get VERY lucky
and find one from a 75 240 equipped with a late tranny.

Now a hot B20 will bolt right in. BTDT. M41 is pretty easy too.
