Seems like the door lock system didn't respond to the lock signal from the alarm/remote system. Does the lock system work when activated from the diver's door key lock? How about the dash lock/unlock switch does that work?

If you don't alrady have one, you may need the wiring diagram for your car to diagnose this one.
