I pulled it from word into a web page and then had to clean up all the crud that MS thinks is necessary to crank out a simple table. I'll add those two other lines. If anyone wants it - just email me at zzaletel gmail com and I'll send a word or excel sheet. Maybe this is something that should get integrated into the FAQ or should be part of the start of the 200 FAQ?
