Great pics. I'm really interested in the oil catch can. Is it just a simple empty canister or did you have to put anything inside to separate the oil from the blow by gases? I've seen a few companies selling these as kits ("condensator" I think?). It looks like something you can make at home without too much trouble. How much oil does it catch per thousand miles or whatever interval you use?
Do you have any specs for the studs and knobs you used for the spark plug cover? I want to buy the exact same thing but I don't know where to look. Thanks for any info.
The vacuum gauge is very useful. Its a good way to catch any problems with the engine and fuel economy. Much more so than my non functional fuel gauge. I think this calls for a repost ;)

I tried running without both AMM screens but after a while I noticed that it would idle kind of funny some times especially after slowing down from the freeway. Right now I just have the rear screen removed but I might have to give it another try.
Did you have to do any cutting in the air box to make the white plastic part fit? Mine is just sort of hanging there by forcing the round tube into a square hole. Looks like you put a little more thought into it.
Ever since gas hit $3 a gallon I put many more miles on the Neon than the 960. Save the Volvo for weekends and family outings. I miss driving this car.
