The front struts are straightforward and easy, the rear shocks are a piece of cake. Make sure you have a high quality spring compressor and your good to go. Just take your time.
If you've got over 100K on the S90, consider replacing the strut bearings and strut mounts if your getting any kind of creaking in the suspension. If you don't replace the strut bearings, be careful when you take them off, one wrong move and they will explode all over the garage floor. Ask me how I know.
While your there, check the Wal-Mart designed rear bushing in the front lower control arms. Mine were pretty bad at 75K on the S90.
