Copy your post and re-post it in the 850 section under awd/fwd. There are a few 1993 owners over there. If I remember correctly, the heater hose comes apart at the firewall on the engine side. The in-the-cabin hose should slide off the radiator coupling.
Is there anything on Volvospeed? Or OZbricks?
