check to see if any of the other blinkers are "dimmer" then the others. i had the same problem (fast blinker) and turns out the problem was my front driver side blinker was too dim....which they actually failed me on my drivers test to get my license...yeah total BS. anyways i'm kinda rambling on you now sorry
