Mathematically... 200 1983

Regardless of whether it is a stick or automatic, the overdrive gear in a normally aspirated 245 provides for about 25 mph of forward movement for every 1,000 rpm. So at 90 mph the engine would be turning 3,600 rpm. Easily attainable in a B23F. In fact, this is the 'fat' part of the power band if this engine has one.

Aerodynamics is another story, but I know that my '83 245 (RIP - Cancer) had no trouble cruising along at 80 mph.

What does her driving record say? You know her driving habits, and ostensibly so do other family members, friends, etc. Dunno if a judge would take this into consideration, though.
