Rolling 200

Check your brakes and maybe wheel bearings. Could be something is keeping the wheels from spinning freely.

Does it pull at all to one side or the other? That would indicate the problem is on the side it pulls toward.

If you put it in neutral on a flat surface, can you push it around easily? It should be pretty easy to do so.
